RAMS Cross Country Team Has Another Successful Season!
The RAMS Cross Country Team has had a successful and fun season once again! The 7th and 8th grade boys and girls practice together and compete as two separate teams under Coach Jaime Cutone and Coach Peter Vigue. Athletes learn basics of running competition as well as healthy life habits, perseverance, determination and teamwork! This year’s team is small but powerful! The teams have competed against schools such as Natick Kennedy, Medfield, Medway, Hopkinton, Ashland and Miscoe Middle School in Mendon. The team raced in the Ocean State Invitational Meet in Rhode Island against nearly 1000 runners and several of our runners medaled including Lauren Salley and Carter Mikkelson who broke the course record. The Massachusetts State Middle School Cross Country Meet is at Ft. Devens on November 8! Good luck, runners!
